The Griffith Homeplace Museum
Built sometime between 1853 - 1873

This is the first time this lovely piece of history will be available on the Christmas Home Tour. This incredible relic has been preserved in its original historic glory.

The Glasgow-Gentry Home
Built in 1904

Entering the Warren house makes an individual feel like he/she is stepping into a simpler and more elegant lifestyle.  Robert Lee Warren, a prominent figure in Texas history, built his Colonial Revival-Prairie-Style mansion, which was started around 1897 and completed in 1904.

The Sullivan Home
Built in 1952

Built in the early ’50s, this sprawling ranch-style home was purchased by Bill and Becky Sullivan, who are the home’s third owners. Becky designed the chef’s kitchen remodel in 2006 and included cabinets built by Van Meredith, a local artisan.

The Fivecoat Home
Built in 2021

This stunning custom home was built and completed in 2021 by Justin & Ashley Fivecoat on a lot steeped in history. The original house on the lot was built in 1929.

The Lucas Home
Built in 1956

Step inside this sprawling ranch-style home belonging to Matt and Tori Lucas, an exceptional example of mid-century architecture built in 1956 by Raymond Kelpen and his wife Bess Ed Kelpen. Raymond, along with his father William, were the proprietors of the then-famous Kelpen Ice Cream Company, which had Terrell roots dating back to 1913.

Carnegie Library
207 N. Frances Street
Built in 1904

This impressive two-story Beau Arts style structure was completed in 1904 using one of the thirty-two financial grants awarded by the Carnegie Corporation of New York.  Grants were received across the State of Texas from 1898 until 1915.  Andrew Carnegie funded the construction of 2509 public libraries between 1883 and 1929, with over $350 Million dollars of his personal fortune spent across Europe and the United States.  This outlay was done via a series of pre-qualifying grants.
