“The Place at Lake Oaks” home was built in 2000, and today, the house has a modern yet cozy vibe inspired by the furnishings with delicate light mint and white shades and clean neutral tones to create a welcoming and relaxing environment. It is a home you never want to leave.
The current owners remodeled the home as soon as they moved in, with the goal of an open floor concept in mind. All floors were replaced, including a kitchen upgrade, appliances, and textured walls. The owners also created a new landscape for the front yard. The total remodel was completed in 10 weeks.
Homeowner Christina McDaniel designed the layout for the remodel and included a massive quartz island that separates the kitchen from the living room. Christina also created the landscaping as well.
