This beautiful Craftsman Style American Foursquare home was built in 1915. (American Foursquare is a two-story house with a rectangular footprint and a front porch that runs along the entire width of the house).
The current owner fully renovated the home in 2018-2019, keeping the restoration in character with the historic home's style. All the woodwork within the home is original. The kitchen design is centered around the stove and backsplash. The sacrifice of losing upper cabinetry was a fair trade to reveal those gorgeous original windows.
The kitchen is not only one of the homeowner's favorite spaces, as that is where they spend a good majority of their time, but her favorite thing is the natural light from the windows looking out into their spacious backyard.
