An elegant three-story house on a gracious, tree-lined street, this home was completed in 2015. Incorporating elements commonly used in southern plantation houses, the Jones home blends French Creole and Greek Revival architectural styles.

Miss Peggy’s Home

204 Griffith Avenue

Rumored to be the fourth oldest house in Terrell, the Warnock home was built in 1874. Mrs. Allen and Mrs. Powers conducted a school at this location from 1880-1886, naming some of the rooms that still linger today.

The Wyble Home

Built in 1915, this Craftsman-style American Foursquare home has all original woodwork. The current owner fully restored the home 2018-2019, keeping details of the period in mind.

Cartwright-Rogers House

505 Griffith Avenue

The Cartwright-Rogers Home was built in 1883 for Matthew Cartwright and his wife, Mary Davenport. It is listed on both the National and Texas Registries of Historic Places.

With a modern yet cozy vibe, this home was built in 2000. The current owners completely remodeled the home two years ago.

The 4P Ranch

The current owners have lived in the home since April 2020. They have made many improvements while maintaining the home’s original southern charm but also incorporating their minimalist style.
